Poor delivery Service - no feedback
<p>Placed order on 22 Dec and to date 12 Jan order still not received. When Calling and asking when delivery will take place Customer Service Agent tells me that they will escalate the issue. For 2 weeks now no feedback and when calling all they say is waiting for feedback. When will i receive my order?????????</p>
