Poor customer services

I purchased a sleeper couch online for R4000 but i received an email for R5000. On the first day after assembly, my 6year old decided to try it out only for the leg to dislodge an break. I have called them numerous times as they have a 60 day guarantee on the products an which i called on the 2nd day as i received the item it was a saterday i only could call on a Monday. Still waiting tinking of calling legal wize for advice. I guess its better to buy local than these cheap Chinese brands an exorbitant prices. Yet when they want to you to purchase from they will call endless times.
