Poor customer services

Bought a Univa Stove last year November and the oven is no longer working.When I called customer care 2 weeks back they advised me to wait up to 7 days for technicians who'll come to check if it can't be fixed or replaced,7 days has passed and today when I called Customer care again i was told I cant just jump the Que, I will have to wait 14 days
