Poor Customer Service - HomeChoice

We bought a L shape couch in beggining of December at homechoice they delieverd only one peace to my house. While I was wating for them to deliever the ottoman and the other peace of the couch, they showed up in Jan to deliever the remaining items all to find out they brought a wrong item. After so many emails to them with no answer from them I am still sitting with one peace they delivered in Dec even today no communication not replying to any emails. We will never buy anything from them teir customer service sucks very disappointed from them. And if they dont deliver the remaining iterms end of Jan I have no option to take that peace to Wyneberg main road warehouse. They still have guts to phone us to buy from them, but we still waiting for our delievery.
