poor customer service

I keep on getting sms's and phone calls from their debt collectors and its really annoying me.

Just by reading comments about this company (Homechoice), it seems like this opening of *****ulent accounts is a common theme. I am starting to think that the company itself is opening these accounts. This is absolutely pathetic. Does this company even have ethics???!!!!

HOMECHOICE NEEDS TO CLEAR MY NAME IN ALL THIS AS IT IS EFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE!!!!This is miss Dorothy Gumbi I am writting this email all frustated and upset and i am also hoping that this is the last time having to complain I have had enough now there was a dispute made under my homechoice account and i did receive the letter confirming that i am not liable of anything and i was advised that my name will be cleared on Itc guess what your account its still hanging under my name affecting my profile so so bad i did advise that there is serious things that i had to do guess what even now i am not sorted all because of your incompitence i went to hello petter and did several call with your unproffesional rudes agents that said to me my issue has been resolved and a request has been send to credit bureua to clear up my name but 3months later the account its still appearing what must happen honestly?????I am sick and tired of complaining and still not getting any help from you guys can you please clear my name on itc i am hoping that this is the last i am busy running after you guys sort my account and close it up when one owes you..you are quick to call and handover to debt collection but when comes to yalla resolving queres its something else zero customer service SHAME i honestly wouldnt reccomend anyone to open homechoice your agent said it will be sorted next year please note i am not willing to wait until next year i want my name to be cleared as soon as possible PLEASE!!!!!!!!!I keep on going back and forth with you guys you keep on lying to me unprovoked that a request has been send to credit bureau the only thing that will make me belive now its proof its long overdue now kindly do your job
