Poor customer service

I’m really disappointed at homechoice I bought a dinner set few months back only to realize that 2 plates were broken and I had to return and get another one

Now they’re double debting me claiming that I didn’t not return those broken ones ever worse they don’t have they’re own records and ask me to bring the return slip of which I’ve misplaced such ***********s. I’m so disappointed to a point that I want nothing to do with them tomorrow first thing in the morning I’m returning and cutting all ties with them I can’t deal with such nonsense.
