Poor customer service

I bought a Bennet Read airfryer in November. It started rusting after 4 months. I was called to return the product after writing a review about the bad quality of the product. I returned the product 2 weeks ago. I tried tracking the the parcel with the number I was given. It kept saying parcel not found. So I went to homechoice to find out what's happening. I was told the product wasn't returned to the warehouse yet. It's been sitting in the storeroom for 2 weeks. I was told to keep waiting they don't know when the courier company will come. I'm paying for a product that's sitting in storage.
