Poor customer service
What on earth was I thinking when I agreed to this stupid payment holiday with home choice( buy now and only pay in February 2021), now some idiot is calling asking me to make payment arrangement, for what I don't know know. Yes I reversed the instalment for December because it included the last 3 item I bought last year and asked for the correct instalment, of which I paid in December. I have been communicating with Candice Rittels regarding my account and to my surprise the error was not corrected on their system. Now I am being harassed for your mistakes. GET THIS I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING SO STOP HARASSING ME BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.
