Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Homechoice now that I have a problem with a JVC DVD Hi-Fi System I bought from them in October 2019. I reported the system faulty in early January 2020 and to date they have not kept their promise to repair the system or exchange it. I have been calling and calling but seemingly this is not high on their priority list but they can call me to buy every week.
