Poor customer service

Home choice has such bad customer service in helping customers. Including the team leaders Barbara who was assisting in updating my address to make a purchase until now no feed back in regard to the mislead in regards to updating my address with the proof of residence that I was asked to be sent but refusing to update I want someone to assist urgently.
