Poor customer service

I bought 2+1 Special blankets for R3000 on the 15th June 2020 at Homechoice Maponya Mall and I was told it will only take 7-14 days for my blankets to arrive at the store. It has been a month now and I haven’t received anything. I went to the store yesterday to find out what is happening and I find the store Closed with no note. Could somebody please investigate this matter. Winter it’s almost over and I bought the blankets to use in winter. I’m tired of waiting.
