Poor

Had bad experience with homechoice bed and service from Bulelwa Xhame and Shayne Lee Swartz who are dealing with my complain .all I can say is I bought a bed worth R15k from them and I'm paying R1350 every month with no fail,but I have been sleeping on the floor for a week now with my 1 year 8months son in this cold weather.Because the Mattress was damaged in a period of 6 months and I complained they took it promising to give me a new 1 now I'm the one calling with no avail to them sending emails but still no assistance from their side.
