Poor administration process

Am very disappointed and frustrated by the process of opening account, my personal details were used to open an account. I have filled in necessary documents including affidavit then sent out to Homechoice on the 22/12 up to date no acknowledgement.

I spoke to consultant and gues what she knows nothing, i mean if i have sent documents do you expect mw to wait fir three months?

I mean you havd failed to do due diligence when opening that account, you could have picked it up, i want my name cleared as i dont want any account or even want one for that matter
