Please update my ITC profile , it has been over a year since I paid off the account with homechoice

I had an account with homechoice which was handed over to MBD, l settled the account in December 2019 and received a paid up letter which I provided to homechoice to update record, however to date no update has been done after numerous calls and emails for the entire 2020. The account still reflect arrears and balance owing on my credit profile, last update was in March 2019.
