Please make me understand

so i am a Homechoice customer, well in this case it seems all i have to do is pay off and close the account,because, i can only pay cash (i cant) as i cannot be given any buying amount for the terms option. well Homechoice gave me a limit of R 17 000, and now i have a balance of about r 10 000 to pay off, but still i apparently have to pay r 10 000 before I can buy on credit. can someone explain to me ho this works as i was told i do not qualify, then when i said how do i not qualify when the given limit is R 17 00 and i did not apply for an increase, but unfortunately Amanda said she cant help me I owe homechoice, May i kindly be emailed my credit agreement, while i pay off please so i understand the rems behind this contract, or i am being told to pay off and f*** off am no longer needed
