please assist to clear my name I feel stuck cant do anything

I bought a pots which was told that they will come with pack of knives. which never happened …. . they never send the banking details later I was now with Norman basset . I paid the account up with the attorneys got the paid up letter but home choice is giving me a run around when they have to clear my name

please assist I want my name to be cleared from credit bureau
