Persistent and Aggravating Harassment by HomeChoice Debt Recovery Consultants

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the continuous harassment I have been experiencing from HomeChoice debt recovery consultants. For the past four years, they have been incessantly calling, relentlessly seeking to speak to a lady named Amanda Nene. I have politely and clearly informed your representatives on more than a thousand occasions that they have the wrong person, but to no avail. The calls have become a severe nuisance, disrupting my daily life, and causing distress.

These calls occur with alarming frequency, often up to five times a day, and what's more, they frequently intrude late at night and in the early hours of the morning. This persistent harassment has reached an unacceptable level, and it is causing significant inconvenience and distress in my life.

I must insist that HomeChoice rectify this situation promptly. Please cease all communications and contact attempts related to Amanda Nene at my phone number. I implore you to update your records and correct this error immediately. I am not Amanda Nene, and it is entirely unjust for me to continue suffering the consequences of this egregious oversight.

Failure to address this matter in a timely and effective manner will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint further, including reporting it to the relevant regulatory authorities if necessary.

I trust that HomeChoice takes this complaint seriously and takes swift action to resolve this issue, bringing an end to the unwarranted and distressing calls.
