Payment system nightmares

The worst service I have received from @Home choice, I paid my bill in May using the eft and the account they had provided and I've been harassed by them non stop and their poor call center whereby they can't resolve the problem and opted to paying their account in upfront and the outstanding amount but the harassment has not ended as they are still calling till to this day asking for the same payment although the account has been paid upfront.
