Payment processing ****ery

The worst ****en experience I've ever had. I made a payment to settle my account 2 weeks ago and even now the amount is not processed yet, they are adding interest to ****en account, I called them hundreds of times and still nothing is happening. How hard is it to process a payment? Just fix it and close my account for **** sake
