Payment not updated

I had an account with HomeChoice which was handed over and later on paid up. However it seems like HomeChoice handed the account to multiple attorneys. I have been struggling to have Bridge Debt removed from my credit profil. I need HomeChoice to sort this out and also provide me with my account statement. This is really affecting me and it’s something that I paid a long time ago.
