Payment deduction

Once again, I have to make a statement here, I am absolutely done. Home choice have been deducting R7. 40 from my payments since I started making EFT payments as I did not supply my banking details for a debit order, I will also not allow a debit order as I heard that there is times they take 2 payments once... So the previous time I had to make a complaint here to be heard. It's silly, how they treat their customers. It's not just R7.40 when they already have all of the fees they add to your account and want to take more, in the end all this R7. 40 add up to more than R100 extra to pay. It's been 2 payments now since my last review and they still deduct the extra money from both my payments... I have sent and email and no one came back to me.
