Paying Homechoice for unknown goods

Home-choice has been deducting my money for something that I do not know, been communicating with them, sending them faxes and sending people to drop the required documents to proof my case but everyday I am told that they did not get the faxes. I am in Newcastle, and I had to ask someone who is as far as Paarl to go and drop the documents to Home-choice in Wyneberg, to my surprise even the hand delivered documents I am told they lost them.... never ever buy at Home-choice, they are so unprofessional and they do no respect their clients. But they like our monies. i am so crossed with them as they deduct ridiculous amount every month.
