Paying for things I never took

I have never had an account or taken anything from home choice buf the is money taken from my account and I've been calling them but the they giving me the run around. They told me an account was opened on my name and someone took things in my name but they refuse to tell me where they delivered those things, I want the address of that person. I can't be paying for something I never took
