Paying for the order I never received

What a very terrible service.In October I ordered the baby Cot which comes with a baby blanket and the Curtains.Firstly they Delivered the Cot at their own time . The Bed came without the baby blanket and I NEVER RECEIVED THE CURTAINS.When i call customer care they told me my things were ****** from the delivery guys. As I speak they are deducting from my account. I have sent emails and called but they say i need to send an affidavit that i never received these things. Bear in mind I am Pregnant and the fact that there are able to see on their system that i never got the Baby Blanket and the Curtains but they are still charging me and asking me for an affidavit.
