Pay back the money!!
I purchased cast iron pots from them and as soon as I received them I noticed that they had rust, they took forever to respond to my complaints. When they finally collected them I was informed that I would be credited for the amounts I have paid to date, I have not received my refund but I have been told it should reflect any minute and minutes have now turned into days!! Please can I have my refund!!

06 Sept 2022, 10:11I have again called Homechoice to find out where the problem is, today I was told that my request was only approved yesterday. I am going from pillar to post, and I have not been given an alternative contact number to get clarity. It seems like the customer should not question the superiors in this regard.
