PAY BACK MY MONEY OR IM TAKING YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT

I placed an order on January 2019,I got an SMS saying I must collect my order.i went there only to find out that it hasn't arrived,I called homechoice and was told that the order has been dispatched and the courier guys had a wrong delivery address,they promised they will fix that within 7 days a month passed by I went in to check if it had arrived...it hadn't arrived when I called homechoice they said they are still tracing the order,MIND YOU THE CONSULTANTS ARE VERY RUDE AND TALK FOR HOURS OVER THE PHONE WITH MY OWN PRE-PAID...3months later they are still tracing the order yet they deduct my money for the order.This is very frustrating I'll never ever buy something from them as they are so disorganized and unprofessional PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR ELSE IM TAKING YOU TO SMALL CLAIMSCOURT
