Pay back my money

Homechoice is a ********* of a company, I purchased a bed in full , in cash on the 11 december , after a very very long time the bed arrived damaged. I returned it and asked for a refund. That too took for eturnity until they asked me to come in with proof of payment and banking details to which I did. And now till this day i dont have my refund from an item i purchased in 2021. Yoh this is so unprffesional its beyond anything i have ever experienced in my life.
