Patment not received

Good day This review is for my wife. I have a problem with this company. I have done business with Homechoice for quiet some time now but lately I'm experience problems woth payments that I have done. On the 10th of Januarie this year I have paid I've paid a large amount on my account. They say that they they cannot find the payment. I do have the all the paperwork to proof that I did make payment together with a reference of my query about the payment. Help please. Regards
