Pathetic worst service ever

J have been waiting for my order from homechoice from tge 22nd.called homechoice and said they will call me back i need the stuff as in yesterday.called the delivery company sand said they wil escalate the matter i dont know why retailers use this company called dawn wing.their service is pathetic
