Pathetic unprofessional service

Wow, speak of unprofessionalism , lack of knowdlge and disregard for customers in tough times like this, Home choice is number 1 on messing customers around and i give them 5 stars for lack of service, I order a 11 piece d=bedroom set on the 18 of April, only 6 piece was delivered, a day after delivery i phoned and informed them, its been up and down with me calling them daily to get this resolves, eventually a cancelled the entire order and they came and collected the wrong items they collected. I then noticed they were not crediting what they collected, when i phoned this morning, they now telling me of an avidafit this is only mentioned 2 months down the line after the endless phone calls I have made to them and non of the agents ever bothered to inform me of this.HOMECHOICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I can tell they are used to making money by robbing people, my experience with them is horrifying and I would never recommend anyone to have any dealings with them. They must also try and invest money in getting their employees fami**** with their processes , for the past 2 months i dealt with them, i can tell your their employees are clueless of what their doing
