PATHETIC!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I had an order they could not supply me with!!!!! The order I had was an 19 piece (Erin) bedroom set and extra 5 piece reversible curtain set (Erin) and bathroom set (Roxanne) so they posted the bathroom set and 5 piece certain set (Erin) I had to wait 2 weeks for the 19 piece bedroom set no stock. 4 weeks later they phoned and said I must take another bedroom set that looks similar so I did but now I have an curtain set that does not match the bedroom set I posted the certain set 13 May with tracking. I phoned today to inquire about the package I posted will the call agent tell me that everything has been sent yes the 19 piece and then she said I have to place an another order?? Then I start getting actuated and she will raise her voice to me client service my ..... ask to speak to an supervisor no they all are meeting no supervisor.<br> Will never do business there again and will make sure everybody I know won't do business with Home Choice ever again.<br> Michael<br>
