pathetic service recieved from homechoice! Carwas
<p>I purchased items from homechoice and I recieved a text message confirming that my item was dispatched with no timeline. I called the call centre after 8 working days and spoke to Carwa (coloured lady). She was total *****! Who was extremely rude to me! I was not advised on the text message that it takes fliping ten working days to deliver an item. The useless people who work at the call centre need to be taught how to deal with customers! </p>
