Pathetic service from homechoice

I personally think that the service is pathetic ,the consultants are very rude and everytime you try calling you either have to be put on hold for hours or have the call cut , this is my first time dealing with them. They gave me credit but the next day when I tried to log on my account was blocked and when I called I was told that my account was suspicious and I needed to send docs which I then did and no one has contacted me yet, everytime I call I am told that the lady whose handling my account will call me back but never does if she not on lunch then she's on a call, I think their consultant need to catch a wake up it's because of their attitude clients will be either cancelling or no longer wanting to business with them and till date no one has contacted me , my name is Jennifer Govender.
