Pathetic service from home choice

My mother has ordered small bags a month ago and the incorrect huge suitcase was delivered, and the following week another duvet cover sets and duvet was delivered and she never asked for them, she is been calling home choice to come and take these things and she s been told that she must take them to the post office while she can't even lift the suitcase the way its so heavy, home choice is taking advantage of my mom because they know she cant speak English fluently, and you are busy asking her when will she pay for what she never order, this is so unfair and ridiculous, she will not pay for what she didn't order, her no is ********** 650.,i will take actions against home choice as they are ripping our parents off
