pathetic service delievery

After having a bad experience with my return previously i decided to take a chance and do another order.i ordered 2 items and they were split into different packages.after recieving the first item i called to find out what was going on. I must say homechoice customer service is disgusting as they have no respect or patience and are rather unfriendly.They dtated thst the package was sent and the driver will deliver it.I went as far as phoning the courier companys who have not recieved the package either.Its rather frustrating that i have recieved a partial order and have been charged for both and yet no one seems to know where the other item is
