Pathetic Service

I ordered a coffee machine and bedding from Homechoice, The bedding arrived fine but the coffee machine wasn't...

Never order anything but bedding from this place.

On the 16th of March my coffee machine arrived (urgent order by the way), and the jug was in pieces, I called and logged a ticket for pick up... It's the 29th and I've heard no communication what so ever regarding this...

The call center is pathetic and lack customer service so I hate speaking to them...

They're ever so ready to call when you go on thr app to find out if you want to order but when they mess up, they go quite!

Don't sell anything besides bedding, you guys are irresponsible with everything else!
