Pathetic service

These people can call all day to sell you stuff but never call when there's a dispute, I purchased a sleeper couch, hardly 9 months the sleeper couch gives me a problem, they collect it and now a month later, after calling every week im still promised someone would contact me, when i call no one knows where the couch is, all i want is my money back at this point, i was warned not to purchase electronics or furniture from them as they always have problems, now im sitting with a problem😡I dont want any sales agents calling me as well, customer service is rude and pathetic, they can rather employ me then ill show them exactly how customer service is done
