PATHETIC SERVICE AS EVER

Good day

I' writing the review for the second time now about this Company and I'm now loosing my patience.On the 23/05/2020 I have placed an order with Homechoice and sometime last week I have received a statement from them, I asked myself how could they billed me on something they did not deliver. And they promised to contact me till today no one from Homechoice contacted me mind you the statement have sent to me already what do you explained that really. When you call they customer service you hold for ever or they consultants will be rude to you. I need a closure on this or I'm taking this further ,THIS IS A SERIOUS DAY LIGHT *******
