Pathetic service

I have been calling homechoice almost every week regarding my cellphone I sent back for repairs, they first could not tell me what the problem was then eventually when I called again they said they waiting for the phone to come back from repairs. Last week. I called last week said the phone was ready and must be shipped to me they will call but they didn't - i called today and they said it was only released today meaning somewhere somehow they were busy lying the whole time. This is so pathetic service!!!!!!!
