Pathetic service

This business is the worst by getting to someone to clear up an issue. Their service even at the branch was very slow. It is frustrating that one struggle to get through. The self help option also do not provide the necessary assistance required to my issue. When I managed to spoke to a consultant you do not even know if the person is on the other side or nit and then get cut off.
