Pathetic Service

In July I went to the Homechoice Promenade branch and I was attended by the Branch Manager. I was looking to buy a fridge and I picked a Hisense brand and I realised there was a dent on the fridge. Then they said they will return it so that I can get the perfect one. They committed to deliver the fridge at the Promenade branch and I would take from there. Until today I never received a call from the branch and I still don't have the fridge. Instead I'm being harassed through calls being demanded to pay the fridge I don't have. This is ***** at a higher level, being told to pay a product you don't have. Furthermore, this is denting my image and this could have a negative impact on credit score. The company failed to the service as they promised instead I found myself having to endure the rude call center agents of Homechoice who speak however they like with me. This is one company I would never recommend to anyone, who make money through ripping people off.
