Pathetic service

I can't understand why my order is still not delivered,it's enough I had to wait 2 months for delivery (as if my order is being shipped from overseas) . I phoned your call centre on Friday or Saturday who advised that my order was despatched on the 25th May and I should receive it on Saturday past . It is Tuesday and there is absolutely no indication as to where my items are. this is a bit to much now because nobody sends out any communication from your side yet I am forever following up and getting the run around but homechoice already felt the need to send me a statement for money owing for goods I haven't even received yet. I will pay my account when you guys oneday decide to deliver my goods .
