Pathetic service

What terrible service!!! I have made an eft payment for January like I always do and to my surprise, the next minute I'm being ilegally debited for payment. I have not authorised the debit order mandate, I actually rejected this because of my eft payments but was still debited. I have been sending mails upon mails to get this rectified but blatantly ignored. My mails were acknowledged at first and a promise that someone will contact me shortly. Thereafter, no response from anyone. Tried calling but cannot get through. Furthermore, I am awaiting for someone to fetch my laptop for the past 3 months, also a promise that someone will get back to me. Imagine paying for something that you are not using. Its a lesson though, do not buy electronics from cheap companies like this, rather stick to the professional stores. All I want is my refund and my laptop to be fixed!!!
