Pathetic service

I made a purchase of the blankets and its been two weeks with no SMS to confirm the product being dispatched. on top of that hefty amount of the delivery is paid yet a customer must wait for almost a month with no delivery. I have purchased items from different entities and once the payment is more than 450 you don't pay a delivery and you get the products within 3 days yet we pay so much for Homechoice and takes forever to deliver. Moreover, the customer service is pathetic, no assistance unless you buying an item.
