pathetic service

I honestly don’t understand how you do business... on the 3 June i placed an order for pots and a duvet. I was told delivery will be done in 14 days. a whole 30 days later i have received only one item. I don’t know how many times I have called your call centre and boy is that not a waste of airtime because you never get any straight answers. On the 23rd I got 2 sms confirming that fast and furious has both my parcels on the 29th I got the 1 parcel the other still not delivered a whole month later. Called fast and furious was told they have delays on deliveries really? How is that my problem I waited a whole month and you tell me there is a delay? 14 days’ delivery was sold to me and you tell me nonsense about a delay. Had i known about your leak of service i wouldn't have even bothered.
