PATHETIC SERVICE
The service I received thus far from Homechoice has been shocking. I have paid over R10k towards a lounge suite I no longer have. I escalated this issue in September 2019 already and still NO JOY or VALID Help!! I am at the point of requesting my money back... its a week away from Christmas and have NO LOUNGE suite or any resolution from HOMECHOICE!! THIS BEYOND EMBARASSING!! This is not FAIR... Ive dealt with them for so long, never faulted on a pmt.... I WANT MY LOUNGE SUITE LIKE AS IN TODAY!! I am tired of the empty promises that their consultants make when calling!! I will next go to their store in Johannesburg central

I honestly don't want another call with no solution. I just want to know when I can expect my new lounge suite, that I would like to order and not receive another problem couch. I have explained a million times what went wrong, all the notes are on the system dating back to September.

23 Dec 2019, 09:53Wow!!! It just gets better with Homechoice... So they call you and act ever so concerned get my account credited which was the only positive of the situation. I had their attention for possibly half a day. I was given a direct line to contact them that never gets answered. So its two days before Christmas and still no lounge suite. Im now told my new order is in processing.. I mean *** ive already paid R10000. 00 so far and i must still go through processing!! I have had it!! Homechoice are number 1 at taking your money but not at customer service for sure!! Ive had a change of address and now they going to use this as yet another delay tactic!!
