Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Got a washing machine on 22.02. 24.02 i used it for the first time. Informed them of the problem on 24.02. The washing machine is of poor quality. When it spins it either wobbles out the door or try and break through the wall and it sound terrible. Its 06.03 and still no feedback
