pathetic service
Worst service ever. Bought a UPS from them in September 2022. In October it stopped working. they came to fetch it for repairs in November after numerous request. Every week I have to ask for feedback as to how far is the repairs. its now 3 months and still no word as to when will I get the UPS back. but i have to pay for it. MXM paying for something I don't even have.
