Pathetic Service

Homechoice will call you every day to pest you to buy their products,yet, when you need assistance from them, their service is pathetic.I logged a call with them 2 weeks ago for a microwave I purchased under 6 months which just stopped working.Till date I have not received a call, or a message from them regarding this microwave. I have called to follow up and was told someone will call me since they will escalate this issue. Homechoice did call but to sell another product. I want them to take back their microwave and give me back my money.
