Pathetic Service

Very poor service!!!!!!!! I have been charged for an order which I did not receive, and initially received another clients order which was queried a month ago. The incorrect order eventually was fetched from me however the debit order for the order I did not receive and DO NOT want is still reflecting on my invoice after many queries. Homechoice are to quick to call and pester us to purchase however can not resolve the queries and charge clients for goods that have not been received. Pathetic Service!
